Linda Ashley

My mission as an exercise physiologist and personal trainer is to promote and model a healthier, more balanced lifestyle for each client. I develop relationships with each individual and focus on their unique challenges and goals. Empowering my clients, I guide and encourage them to to eat mindfully and improve their overall strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility, as well as teach them to develop more effective strategies to manage the stress in their lives. All this, while having fun too, is what it is all about for me. Join the fun …….and let’s get busy!
